KM vendor completes OEM End-user deal

November 25th, 2004 - One of Japan's Original Electronic Manufacturers (OEM's) has recently licensed a Knowledge Management (KM) software solution introduced by StrategyCore. After an extensive 12-month evaluation of the packaged solution, a decision was made to develop a new business using the adopted client technologies.
To be initially launched in its beta form in February 2006, a continuous 5-year license agreement will be decided upon later in 2006 by the OEM. Total price of the solution at that time is estimated to be over US$1.0 million.
