Technical Director hired by CRM vendor

January 5th, 2005 - In continuation of its market entry goals in Japan, a global CRM vendor has hired its Technical Director to lead technical operations. Introduced by StrategyCore to its market entry client, the hired executive is responsible for pre-sales, localisation, and technical support functions, working with technical executives around the world on large-scale enterprise implementations.
Reporting to the GM of Japan directly, the Technical Director and his three staff will initially be involved with completing product localisation, assisting the GM in all pre-sales activities, and overall technical advice for a start-up operation.
