StrategyCore begins IP Licensing business
StrategyCore signs agreement to provide partner search for licensing of cutting-edge composite material production technology in Japan
Tokyo, Japan
May 30th, 2005 - StrategyCore has entered the IP licensing market by completing an agreement with a global provider of cutting-edge composite material production technology. Terms of the representative agreement include the right by StrategyCore to market, distribute and introduce resellers and or end-users to client IP in Japan.
StrategyCore will generate client revenue from the licensing of IP; consulting services (during partner understanding and uptake of IP within the manufacturing process); joint R&D initiatives; and export of commodity type products internationally.
Competitive advantages of the client solutions are low cost, desirable mechanical properties, custom design, ability to replace aluminium, steel, and various alloys as well as many existing composite structures; and no need for additional investments into existing production facilities.
Potential markets for the IP include both civil and military industries such as aviation and space, train and rail, maritime and automotive, building, construction, and machinery industries, and many products developed through nanotechnology.
