Upon review of current rules, policies, and client business, StrategyCore was able to write Rules of Employment consisting of new rules and policies needing consistency with Japanese Labour Laws.
Example chapters included recruiting, transfers; code of ethics; vacation; medical treatment, wages; retirement age, quitting, and discharge; working hours, breaks, and holidays; safety and hygiene; training; including customised addendums targeted at a segmented workforce of office, service, and hospitality staff. Final Rules of Employment documentation equaled over 100 pages.
