May 1st, 2007 - StrategyCore K.K. today announce that it has entered into a representative agreement with a natural organic healthcare development company for the Japan market. Under the terms of the agreement, StrategyCore will introduce and develop Japanese partners to market and sell an all natural, organic haircare solution.

Modern scientific research indicates that recent advances in epithelial stem cell biology have resulted in the isolation of hair follicle stem cells, when combined with what is referred to as inductive dermal cells, produce new hair follicles. The advent of techniques for cultivating inductive-dermal cells and competent epithelial-stem cells creates the opportunity to bioengineer hair follicles for the treatment of hair loss. StrategyCore will be instrumental in bringing such stem cell technology to Japan.

Additional services provided by StrategyCore will be assisting and working work with the local partner in order to develop the Japanese regulatory application, and to reach government approval status. Based on StrategyCore introductions to potential Japanese partners, the healthcare vendor will grant a Japanese partner an exclusive, milestone-bearing license for the sale of this 100% organic hair care product in Japan. Future efforts may be expanded to address other Asian markets including China.
