StrategyCore provides Employment Contracts

StrategyCore to develop custom employment contracts for Japanese entity

Tokyo, Japan

June 5th, 2007 - As a continuation of its Japan Rules of Employment service, StrategyCore K.K. has been engaged to provide employment contracts for the range of positions within a client organisation. The execution of this project will produce strategic HR results, while building a solid foundation for human resources compliance, lowering the client's overall human resources risk, and increasing the rights of all employees.

The project will be completed in two phases: customization and finalization of contracts. In the first phase, StrategyCore intend to review all current client employment contracts and policies in relation to Japan Employment law, and create new contracts in line with those laws. During phase 2, StrategyCore will complete those contracts, which will include employment conditions, probationary periods, compensation, wages, allowances and leaves, work hours, holidays, non-complete, and other important employment conditions.
