Sales Executive joins StrategyCore Corporate Advisory

January 26th, 2008 - StrategyCore is honored to announce that Mr. Akira Nakamura has joined our Corporate Advisory team responsible for the manufacturing and heavy industry consulting group. Mr. Nakamura's experience covers over 35 years of technology sales and general corporate management in Japan's automotive, factory automation, manufacturing, and semiconductor industries. During his career, Mr. Nakamura has consistently achieved outstanding corporate results, has been responsible for key sales accounts, and has helped global technology subsidiaries build profitable businesses in Japan's huge industrial marketplace.
Previously, Mr. Nakamura has held CEO positions with Cognex Japan K.K, a machine vision factory automation technology provider; and Intergraph K.K., a CAD software vendor; was National Sales Director for Silicon Graphics Japan K.K., selling workstations, desktops, and servers to engineering, design, and testing groups of OEM and industrial makers; and prior was a manufacturing sales executive at IBM Japan Ltd., and branch manager at IBM's Nagoya automotive division.
Currently CEO of A&U Corporation, Mr. Nakamura provides business consulting services for factory automation, information technology, and mechanical engineering technology firms. As Corporate Advisor to StrategyCore, he will be engaged in business development, market entry and sales management projects targeting Japan's automotive, factory automation, and heavy manufacturing industries.
