6-month pilot project to launch a global social media monitoring program

October 1, 2011 - A global banking conglomerate has made the decision to engage StrategyCore for a pilot project to deliver social media monitoring software and services over an initial period of six (6) months.
Specific focus of the pilot will be on certain geographic countries (UK, Singapore, USA) across millions of social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, blogs, video mainstream news, forums, etc.,).
Key outcomes of this global-focused social media project will be increased awareness of the importance of social media for all internal stakeholders (Consumer Banking, Wholesale Banking, Sustainability, Sponsorships, Corporate and Brand Communications, Customer Service, etc.) and a greater understanding of how the bank can leverage social media to help achieve its overall corporate goals.
